Oh my, I am so excited. One of Elijah's chores on Wednesday is to get the mail. Ashleigh was reading to him so I went on down to the mailbox, saw a large envelope, grabbed it, saw it was from NC Immigration and ran into the house practically in tears shouting "oh happy day".
This is the day I have long waited for. Thank you to all who prayed. I have a couple papers to gather with this and send it off to be authenticated.
We are on the way to the waiting list!!!

Congratulations!! It's one of those big hurdles!! We've been home now for about 2 months and I think we're well on our way to settling into a routine - - It's been amazing to see God's hand on all of it - from the timing to the selection of the perfect child for our family!!
